Painting serves me as a key to access my feelings and to translate them into reality. Colours constitute a world of their own, and the ability to perceive them forms a continuous adventure for me, enabling me to express in my pictures all my personal feelings and sensations.

Painting offers me the freedom to transcend frontiers and to turn hidden things visible. I attempt to catch valuable moments from the unstoppably flowing current of time, to retain them, and to express through shapes and colours the feelings they awake in me. I use abstractions to create my own personal language of images that has the power to reflect perceptions and feelings previously experienced.

I am constantly in search of new inspirations to be able to succumb to the magic of creativity and thus to realise new pictures. I am fascinated by the interaction of structure and colour, light and shadow, and I always consciously attempt to experiment with the magic of these contrasts.

With my work I want to reach the viewer emotionally, sensorially, and transpose him into another world full of phantasy, imagination and visions.
